Charlotte real estate outlook remains rosy in 2017

SkylineAccording to the Charlotte Business Journal, Charlotte’s real estate market remains rosy and is still among the top 10 U.S. markets to watch in 2017.

Charlotte moved down a few notches but is still at No. 9 on its “markets to watch” list. The Queen city scored high for real estate opportunity on the Urban Land Institute’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate survey in three categories: investment, 12; development, 7; and homebuilding, 13.

Survey respondents, they reported, are attracted to job growth in multiple industries, Charlotte’s position as a financial hub and its growing airport activity.
